Restaurant of the hotel
First of all, we invite you to enjoy a quality meal in our restaurant in Sion . All this in a warm atmosphere and with a beautiful view on the garden.
In addition, our chef and his team will be delighted to treat you in the evening with a menu based on seasonal products. For information, our restaurant is located in Sion-Uvrier.
In addition, our wine list honors the local producers who have made a name for themselves through their continuous search for quality. The proposed wines have been tasted and selected together with each wine grower. To conclude, connoisseurs will appreciate these typical and unique wines.

Our restaurant is open :
- Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 to 21:00
- Sunday from 12:00 to 14:00
A small menu remains available on Sunday evenings and Mondays, but only for hotel guests.
In our restaurant, we can organize, at noon and evening, from 20 persons, professional or family meals. Please contact us for more information.
The “Bistrot du Lounge” is also available for your aperitifs, meals or banquets.
We recommend that you reserve your table by calling +41 27 203 50 30.
Finally, the restaurant is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Hotel lobby
The Lobby Lounge Bar offers you a quiet and warm place to meet and talk. You can enjoy our wines by the glass and our selection of teas in a cosy atmosphere, around a fireplace in winter or on the sunny terrace when the weather is fine.
The Lobby Lounge Bar is also the ideal place for your aperitifs.
Finally, the Lobby Lounge Bar is open 7 days a week from 3pm to midnight.
It is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Cigar Lounge
For smokers and cigar lovers, the hotel has a cosy and elegant smoking room.
The Cigar Lounge by Davidoff invites you to relax with a glass of wine or whisky.
A large choice of cigars is also available.
